“In addition to his direct counselling work, Roger has made a significant contribution to the profession through supervision and mentoring. He has been strongly committed to providing placement opportunities for counsellors in training and has offered ongoing clinical supervision to practising counsellors, and interns. His supervisory style is thoughtful, supportive, and appropriately challenging, and is underpinned by a strong ethical framework and a genuine commitment to reflective practice. Roger also offers pastoral supervision to those working in ministry and parish roles.”
